set custom field's value from user attribute

I add a custom field "Phone" to use it in Jira Service Desk project.

Issuer should fill thist field while create new issue.

Some issuers already have phone in own profiles. So i want automatically set custom field's value from issuer profile.

Can I use macros as defaul value for custom field? Or there is another way to fill field by value from user's profile?

If you need to fill this field right on form. There is no outofthebox functionality for that. You 

You can use Power Script Live Fields or Scriptrunner Behaviour addons for that purpose.
