Hi,
I would like to know if it would be possible to separate in JSD the external comments (in the tab " Respond to customer") from the internal comments tab? or at least to configure the internal comments by default?
indeed we estimate that it's quiet "dangerous" to have the External one in first as we kindly tempted to write the comments in the 1st box! i know we have to pay attention while writing a comment but if there is a way to change that it would be very helpful!
Thanks
Melissa
I tweaked the CSS a little bit to make the heading "Respond to customer" appear in red and bold to make it more prominent to the user that he's writing an external comment.

I added the following to the announcement banner: <style type="text/css"> .tabwrap > ul.tabs > li.js-sd-external-comment.active a { color: red; font-weight: bold; } </style>

You can change the announcement banner in the admin section of JIRA - so you have to be administrator to to that. Atlassian documentation link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver070/configuring-an-announcement-banner-749382731.html Using the announcement banner to inject CSS to JIRA is some kind of insider's tip. You only have to do this once and every time you add a comment you have the changed format.
