sending specific attachment while issue creation or transitioned via automation rule

if you have Jira Service Desk, you can go to Project settings > Automation > Create Custom Rule > set the transition trigger the way you want it > Add an action > Send email should be the action.
It seems to me you cannot add an attachment but you can add a Link. You should upload the attachment somewhere the user has access to, then create the email itself and activate the rule.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
