hi
we are using Jira for mintenance department
our costumers send us emails to our "support" mail and those emails are converted to Jira tasks.
i removed some users from our system and now when they are sending emails to the "support" - their emails are lost . we cannot see them in the system.
i re actived their users in order to solve the problem but i dont understand why i need to pay for that.. why they are different from other costumers that sends us emails... what should i do in the system to solve that?

Hey Nadav, make sure the users are "Portal-only" customers in your environment, see the following documentation;
