we are using Jira Service Desk (3.15.1) and JIRA v7.12.1.
We have one JSD project which is driving me crazy. This project should normally send out notifications to a special group (agents) when a ticket is commented. Some agents complain that they do not receive the notifications. Other agents in the same group receive the notifications. I checked Outlook rules, reset the notification and permission scheme, re-indexed the project and disable / re-enable the Atlassian Notification Plugin". Nothing was successful.
I figured out that for this specific project does not show the "Don't notify me" button in the customers issue view. I only can see "Share".
If I check the notification helper it says the following:
I have no idea how a user can disable notifications individually?!
I would be a really happy girl, if you can give me hints on how to solve the issue!
