I have a problem connecting to my Jira Service Management account. It has always worked well but now when I try to connect I have this message that appears.
Meaning : “It looks like your account rebecca.ducros@purina.nestle.com doesn't have access to the help center. Try contacting your administrators to grant you the required permissions.”
I log into my Atlassian account and it works. I don't understand. Can you help me please ?

you ned to ask internally to a jira admin in order to check your account with Service Management project.
