To better investigate the issue, it's necessary to check the customer notification template. You can access it by going to Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates.
On this page, you can see the HTML and check the preview of the notification. If something changed, you can revert the changes by clicking on "Revert subject and styles to default".
