Automation Rules can mostly only have one Trigger - but, there is a Trigger called "Multiple Issue Events" which might meet your need?

This Triggers against one or more Issue Events - and includes:

• Issue Created
• Issue Updated
• Issue Assigned
• Issue Transitioned
• Issue Moved
• Issue Deleted

If this doesn't suit your need, and you're still looking for a solution, could you provide us more specifics about what your rule should do? We might be able to find a suitable alternative for you :)
