How can I to integrate the Jira Service Desk client portal with my website?

with Jira Service Desk Cloud, you can easily integrate a widget to get requests directly from your website to Service Desk, as shown here.

I have used it myself and it's pretty good, very customizable too !

That RIGHT! I keep forgetting about this feature. :-) Note I don't believe this is available on Server.

you might consider an addon like Embeddable for Jira, Jira Service Desk. No affiliation and no experience but worth a look.
