We are testing a solution based on Jira Core + Service Desk. The problem is that we do not receive push notifications about the tasks created by our users in the Jira Server application (IPhone 7 - iOS 13.1.2, IPhone 10 - iOS 13.1.2). In the notification section there are some entries, but there is a feeling that not about all events. I found a mention of this problem by another user, but I did not find ways to solve this problem:
In the settings inside the JIRA Service Desk - Push notifications are enabled
In the settings of the Jira Server application - Push notifications are enabled
APNS and GCM services are allowed in our server firewall rules.
1. Please tell us in more detail how the mechanism for sending notifications works in Jira Service Desk (Core)?
2. Is the Jira Service Desk (Core) notification sent via https://mobile-server-push-notification.atlassian.com?
3. What ports should be open and in what directions in the settings of the firewall for push notifications?
