how to filter jira items based on contains on description

I have number of items assigned to me say 25 , out 25, 20 are having 1 common word in the description. how can I see those 20 in one filter and only remain 5 as other filter. is there any filter criteria like contains 'xyz' , notcontains 'xyz'

Try to write your JQL like this description ~ "your_text"
