@Paul Tan, welcome to the Community. What do you mean by ignore? Do you simply not want to have it show in your queue or do you want to not have it create a ticket? They former would be pretty straight forward but I’m unsure if the later is possible. You could use automation to close the tickets.

here is an example automation. you will want to adjust to meet your needs. my advice is to make the automation as specific as possible (JQL and other conditions, e.g. include reporter if unique) so that you are accidentally closing 'valid' issues. you may also wish to email you or someone each time one is closed thru automation so they can watch for undesired closure, at least for a period of time until you trust your automation. you could also create a special queue for issues closed by the automation so you could easily peruse them.
