Hello, I want you to help me give access to the IT person who takes care of the website to implement sales ticketing. In fact, I want to sell tickets to an event. In "ticketing" searches, it sends me to ticketing solutions. It is too complicated for me, having no knowledge of IT management and software. Do I need to buy cloud space to operate with ticket sales? Also, it gives me an error when I want to set up my own.
