getting the licence for jira service desk

We have purchased Jira Service Desk, but we cannot find the licence for it on our account.

If you bought it for Server, then sometimes, you need to wait a couple of minutes for the licence to appear.

If you bought it for Cloud, you don't get a licence, you just go to your Cloud system and it will be there, after a while (Atlassian say it can take a while, the longest I've waited is about 40 minutes)

Thanks Nic, it seems that there is another issue given that the licence is still not showing after a few days of purchasing. I have now sent an enquiry to Atlassian support. Kind regards Rita
