When a non-admin submits a ticket for another user (as the requester/reporter) via the JSM portal, the form that was filled doesn't get attached to the created jira ticket.
I am not sure what exactly is causing this behaviour.
I have mapped a field in the form (Requestor) to a Jira field (Reporter), could that affect the forms not being attached despite activating the "submit and attach a pdf" on the form setting?
I don't get this issue, all the tickets I submit always attaches the form irrespective of whether I submitted for myself or another Jira user - although I have full administrative access
