disabling customer portal

Hi,

I need to disable the customer portal link available in the JIRA service desk.

Which module of JIRA service desk needs to be disabled to remove customer portal from JIRA service desk?

Thank you for your advice, but I cannot see any option to disable the service desk portal. All I can see is "portal configuration" (I've got a German version its "Portaleinstellungen" there). When I open this, I can only change Name, Wecome Text, Logo etc. of the portal, but not disable it.

Can you please be more specific?

hello is it possible only to deactivate the customer portal, without deactivate the serviceDesk/Project?

You can disable a service desk portal from the associated JIRA project's administration > Service Desk page.
