configure authentication for incoming email in Jira

Hello when I try to configure the incoming mail in Jira I always recive this error:

 

AuthenticationFailedException: [AUTH] Username and password not accepted.

How you can see from the screenshot:

 I think everything is correct, Username and psw I think are about Goggle account right?

Hello @Stefano Colagiacomo ,

As Google and Microsoft basic has been deprecated, you will need to configure the Oauth2.0.

Yes, Yes we have similar issue and once we configured Oauth2.0 issue got resolved.
