comment notification or update notification not working since yesterday

Have been using JIRA Service Management for almost a month. Notification is firing as configured but it stopped firing since yesterday( 29 April). How to solve this and why it happen?

@Chen Zhen Lin Welcome to the Atlassian Community.  Are you getting some emails each day or have all emails stopped completely.  Since you are on the free plan you only get 100 emails a day.  "Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan, then email notifications will be paused until the following day. You can upgrade your plan to allow for more email notifications."  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-email-notifications/

It could be that you exceed the 100 and until the next day starts emails will not begin again.

No, we have not exceed 100 emails because we and our client did not receive any notification when comment was added or ticket was updated since yesterday morning.

Secondly, the automation that we set up sent client a notification this morning. The notification was supposed to be for our internal team to remind them that they have left so much hours to resolve this particular issue.  

Things were working fine for almost a month before this anomaly happen since yesterday morning.
