I would like to use a distro email to receive requests for service desk. We currently use it today in JIRA Software but it is a distro email and does not have a password. How do I set it up on Service Desk?
How have you set up the mailbox in JIRA Software?
So we have smtp setup with mail accounts in JIRA Software which includes the mail i want to use in JIRA Service Desk. My main JIRA admin is out this week so please bear with me.
