Hello community,
I think an automation rule adds an on-demand participant to a specific account.
And the customer no longer wants.
I can see in the ticket history that "jira Admin" added the attendee to the request.
When I check in our automation rule, I don't see any rules that could match the action.
Is there a way to find logs showing which automation rules are performing a specific action on a ticket?
I thank you in advance for your help.
My coleague finaly find the automation rule applied on the global watchers.
Thanks for your answers and time.
regards
Hi Emal,
While on the issue, scroll down on the right hand side of the Context fields section until you see the Automation section.
Click on Rule executions and it will show you recent executions for that issue.
