adding system users to the group

Hi 
For our Auditing purpose, Created the new group called " System User"  and try to add the following users :

  "JIRA Autowatch",

 "Zephyr for JIRA Cloud",

 "System Administrator"

Issue:
Unable to add above members to the selected group "System User"

Please advise.

We are using Server .

JIRA version :

Atlassian JIRA Project Management Software (v7.3.1#73012-sha1:68837e3)

Server version:
[prdjira@ap0355ably ~]$ uname -a
Linux ap0355ably 2.6.32-696.30.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri May 18 11:50:44 EDT 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am not getting any error message.

If I try to add the users to  the newly created group , the users are not on the list ( "JIRA Autowatch", "Zephyr for JIRA Cloud", "System Administrator") to select it and add to the group.

We need to complete this task ASAP for our auditing purpose, Could you schedule  web-session to resolve the issue on Tuesday , Oct 09 2018  any time between 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Waiting for your webs-session or any other kind of communication which helps us to resolve this issue ASAP.

I discovered you created a support ticket for this same issue, so I will leave that ticket open since the engineer is already assisting you.

Once you determine the reason for not being able to add your users to a group, please feel free to update this thread with the information in order to help other users.

Could you tell us if you're using JSD Cloud or Server, and if Server, which version? Are you getting an error message when you try to add them?
