Hello everyone, we have been using the JIRA/Atlassian service desk for some time now.

We sporadically receive wrong ratings which distort the statistics. There are occasional customers who, according to their statements, do not perform any evaluation. However, these tickets are sometimes rated arbitrarily.

Our system administrator suspects that this may be related to the customer's virus scanner. Is this possible?
