JIRA Service Desk workflow is showing incorrect Names of the Person who performed the action.
For Example: When I put a Comment on the Ticket, It change the Status from "Awaiting Support" to "Awaiting Customer Response"
On this state transition JIRA Admin Account Person Name is appearing, instead it should show my name who performed the action.
Secondly when tickets are closed also it is sending Notification with incorrect names. It should show my name who closed the ticket instead it shows again the JIRA Admin account owner name.
The transition is being controlled by the Automation function. The Automation has a “run as” feature that allows you to set to a default user or as the user triggering the action. Go to settings > automation find the rule transitioning on comment and check the “run as”.
