We've been using Google for authentication and syncing for our Jira Service Desk customers for a while now and it has been working well. Getting this working is one of the reason we stuck with Atlassian for our service desk.
However with the change to free and paid versions of G Suite integration it's unclear how this will change what we do with our customer logins?
Looking at the paid plans it seems to be more for syncing actual agents rather than customers as $3 per user a month for all our customers is more than our costs for our Jira agent licences for the entire year.
Can anyone give us a clearer picture on how this might work?
