Wie Wechsele ich von "Jira product discovery" zu "Jira software"?

Wir haben eine neue Mitarbeiterin und sie hat eine andere Ansicht auf Projekte als Ich...

Wie bekommt sie die gleiche Ansicht wie ich in Jira?

Foto 1 zeigt die Ansicht, welche die neue Mitarbeiterin sieht.. Problem ist, dass sie die Reiter "Backlog" "Board" usw. nicht sehen kann.

Foto 2 zeigt meine Ansicht, wie sie eigentlich wünschenswert wäre... Was kann ich machen, dass sie auch diese Ansicht hat?:)

Hi @Tom Lauer , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.

You are looking at two different products. The new employee has access to Jira Product Discovery and you have access to Jira Software. This is something that will need to be resolved by someone who has org admin permission if the new person should have access to both Jira Product Discovery and Jira Software, or only Jira Software.

Hi @Tom Lauer ,

she should be able to toggle between products in the upper left corner, using the application picker / waffle icon.

So, here, from the web address, we are in the Jira Software product, but, if you click, on the upper left, the blue grid, you or she will see the other products you have access to and you can toggle back and forth, if you want to work sometimes in Jira and then Confluence and then Product Discovery.
