Why some customfield_10010 fields does not have request type details .

I am getting the issue from jira rest api  and  trying to run some script based to the request type of the issue. some issue either does not have request type field or have value as none.

how to get the request type field for each issue?

These would be issues created by Jira users (agents) in the Jira project rather than via the portal.

They don't have request types.
