When customers reply to JSD emails, the comments are not propagating to the issue as comments. I assume it's because there is a connectivity issue with the custom email account that's been added to the project (per the email logs).
I'd like to remove the custom email account, but both the "edit" and "disconnect" options are greyed out / disabled.
Anyone have any idea why?

Searching using the details you provided, I tried to find similar issues and bugs, but I didn't find anything that could help us.
Project administrators should be able to edit any configuration on Project settings, so I tested on my local site and wasn’t able to replicate the same issue.
Are you the only administrator facing this issue?
Is there any other project where you can test to see if the buttons are not greyed out?
If none of this works, you can disable and enable the email channel again and it will reset the configuration. To disable, go to Project settings > Email requests > … > Disable all email requests > Turn off and then click on Turn on email support.

Thanks! I simply disabled then re-enabled. All admins were having the same issue.
