Why I need to re-calcluate the SLA ? without any change happen in SLA configuration
sometimes I found SLA is breached and once I click re-calcuate it is changed to meet the SLA Without doing any change in SLA configuration?
@Mohamed Saad Taha There are a couple of things that can cause this. There are times when data loss (events not firing) can cause this. That is not as common as maybe a change occurring to a custom field or some other object used in the SLA that impacts the SLA and requires a recalculation. Have you changed any custom fields, workflows, etc. that could impact the SLA?
