When SLA definitions are updated, Jira Service Desk recalculates the SLA values on issues, but not all of them.
Which issues are included and which are excluded from this calculation? Does the recalculation happen for issues that have their resolution field empty? Or is it issues that are still "editable" (The status does not have the editable=false attribute in the workflow)? Or maybe it is issues that are not in a status that belongs to Done category?
Anybody with information about this?
If the SLA is still 'active' (ticking) they should be updated.
