Where can I find time to first response/ time to resolution in HH:MM format in the database ? I

I have joined customfield and customfieldvalue table to get SLA's for different issues from database.

But the Textvalue is in JSON format not the simple HH:MM format. Do i have to code the sql for JSON to display HH:MM format is that information resides in any table ?
