When submitting a Proforma form via the portal the time changes from 24 hour to AM/PM

When submitting a Proforma form via the serviceportal the time changes from 24 hour to AM/PM when creating the PDF. 

The form is created with Danish as the language, which should control the time and date setup. 

I cannot find a place to change this in Proforma. There are not many setting to changes and I don't understang why creating a PDF of the form would change data that has been entered in another format.
