We have a Jira Service Desk running in Cloud. Just recently we noticed that new user inside domain or outside domain are getting this error "Signup is not currently available" when creating/requesting ticket through email. No changes from Customer Permission and i wonder if there was changed in Jira Service Management (Cloud) recently. Appreciate any of the feedback.

Can you make sure that none of your Global configurations have changed. Under Administration -> Products -> Jira Service Management Make sure that "Can customers create their own accounts?" is checked as yes. Also "Can customers access and send requests from the help center without logging in?" should be checked yes.
Then make sure that on the project level Project Settings -> Channels - > Customer Permissions That "Choose who can send requests to “........... or the portal :" is set to Anyone on the web.
