When adding attachment through Service Desk it's not visible in Jira Software

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Issue is following:

1. Create issue in JSD with attachments. Attachments are visible in JS.

2. Add another attachments in JSD to the same issue. Attachments are not visible in JS.

3. Add another attachments in JS. Attachments are not visible in JSD.

 

Did someone encountered such issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
