We are using Jira Service Desk from last few months.
We are planning to display our Jira Service Desk Dashboard on our display TV so that all IT people can see the overall status of IT service desk during business hour?
Can anyone kindly suggest the best practice for this?

Hi @mohammad.bari - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
We use a generic login/user in Jira so that we don't use an account of a team member and have access to his account that way. The account can just have Browse Project for view only if needed.
