What IP address should be whitelisted for IMAP?

Hi

We have been using IMAP to create Jira service desk issues using our own mail server.

Now we have been forced to restrict the access to our Exchange server and therefore we would like to whitelist the IP address(es) used by Atlassian to connect to our IMAP server.

The Jira application itself will be attempting to reach out to your IMAP server. While we discuss a little of the logic around the ranges in the Atlassian Cloud IP Ranges and Domains document, you can get the most up-to-date list of IPs used by Jira Cloud at https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com
