We have a problem with once of our project (Service Desk). Mailing requests sent by the Customer do not reach us.
We checked the settings and everything seems to be ok. The e-mail notification option is active in this project.
We also sent the request to this e-mail address and we do not know where it arrived. This is the adress dedicated for project: tw@huropl.atlassian.net
Maybe we are doing something wrong?
We will be grateful for your support in this subject.
