We are getting blank pages after configuring Apache SSL certificates

Dear Support,

We are having tomcat web servers behind the Apache server. We have configured HTTPS for all tomcat servers using Apache SSL Certificates.

In the same way we are trying to configure SSL for our Jira Service Desk in Apache. But we are facing some issues with that.

While browsing Jira Service Desk using https, we are getting blank pages.

We need your support to resolve this issue.

Anyway, the community might be able to help you as well. Can you tell us how you configured Apache and you Atlassian Server application? What guide did you use as reference?
