I want to migrate all the organization with there respective employees to Jira service desk. Is there a way that these 2 portals can talk to each other?
I want Jira to be able to, when a ticket is created by the client, to automatic transfer that ticket to the corresponding organization.
Best case scenario I don't want to add manually all my clients in order for them to be able to send us a support ticket. I know this because if a client is not created we can't receive the email

The only tool I can think of that would allow you to sync these two applications would be Zapier - which is a web tool that basically allows you to draw on the API of multiple platforms with a really simplified interface to conduct automation between the platforms.
Give it a look, it sounds like you could set up some fairly simple trigger rules to fire off a subsequent issue in JIRA.
