Validation on attachment file number and type

Dears,

for certain request type I want to make validation that the reporter uploaded total 7 files with 3 txt and 4 PNG or at least one of them number of files or type of files not global for all Jira just validation on request type

Is this possible ?

You can use Attachment Checker for JIRA plugin to achieve the stated result (Server only).

@Mohammed Aamer Khan  this plugin and request is not related to my issue 

I need this for certain request type. for example 

I want to force the requester two upload 7 doc for example and one of them should be PNG format
