Hi. We are having an issue where users can't view an attachment on a ticket. The error looks like this -
You don't have permission to access /secure/attachment/202302/Test - Disfrutar de una estadÃa larga nunca habÃa sido tan fácil..msg on this server.
The odd thing is, if the same user uploads the same attachments again, the user who previously got the error can view the files. I am an admin and I am getting the error on the first set of attachments as well. All of this makes me think it isn't really a permissions issue.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
It looks like a browser cache issue.
If the issue persists, you might need to get in touch with Atlassian support so that they can troubleshoot any problem at the backend.
