Users receive email from own comment when setup says Exclude

Hi there

The current service desk project setup for notifications says Exclude agent when commenting on a ticket (see attached screenshot)

However, since the new email process has been implemented I am getting emails when commenting on tickets (see attached screenshot).

How can this please be corrected? i.e. I do not receive emails when commenting on.

As per I could understand, you don't want users to receive updates about their own changes, is that correct?
