I am creating this ticket on behalf of the company, which has a Jira service desk standard (Cloud) license.
We have been experiencing problems to attach files to tickets and so are some of our customers who register issues on our service desk.
It can happen on any browser. Some times you will get a message saying that the upload failed, sometimes it seems like it worked but the file wont follow.
Anyone else getting these problems more often lately ?
