We currently have JIRA Servicedesk.
Within this JIRA I have different portals - Technical support - Infrastructure - Project1 - Project2... Projectn (I have 30 portals more or less).
Users can open issues of all portals and each portal is used at a group of users and is "managed" by a specific administrator, with its workflows its types of issue. The problem is that for the final user, it is very difficult to find the right portal to put that issue.
What I want is for the user to access and see an "additional level" in the catalog so that issues can be put.
We currently have it configured in 2 columns - Category + Issue Type. What we would like is for the user to choose in a very visual drop-down Supracategory (portal) + Category + type of issue.
I have looked for some add-on but it does not fit what I want. Does anyone know of any add-on that allows me to do as a top layer of the portals?
