Unbale to view gerrit review tab in individual issue page : Jira-Gerrit Integration plugin

I have installed and configured below plugin in my JIRA account.
I am able to see the gerrit review tab on board view page, but not on individual issue page. I have attached the images for reference.
Any additional configuration needed for the same?
