We have integrated Jira and Microsoft Teams internally, where our company are heavily reliant on linking Team's channel conversations/posts to Jira work items.
Some of our staff are having issues using the "Link to Jira issue" option. The pop-out window gets stuck with the loading ring (see below) and doesn't work:
Some of our staff doesn't have this problem though, they are still able to use the "Link to Jira issue" option with no problems. Do the staff members who are having issues with the window not loading, just need to remove/re-add the Jira Connector to their Teams account? We can't seem to figure this one out.

This option seems to be from a 3rd party application, developed by Yasoon.
Reach out to the vender support, to address this issue, as this is not an ootb feature from Jira.
