Unable to find automated message in project setttings.

Hi Team,

 

In our service desk portal we have an option to raise two different issues types.

1. Bug type

2. Feature request type

 

When ever user is submitting Feature request type, we are clicking on start button then the ticket status is chaining from Un-triaged(New) to referred and user is receiving an automated email saying "The request has been resolved."  We want to modify this message to some other meaningful message. Unfortunately we are not able to find this message in project settings. Could you please help me on finding this message location/path and guide lines for editing the message.

there are a couple possible places where this is being fired:

  • project > project settings > customer notifications (most likely the "Request Resolved")
  • project > project settings > automation

there are other possibilities but would eliminate these first

Hi Jack, I checked in Automation and notification but no luck.

Did you check the Customer Notifications under project settings?

Hi Jack

 

We do not have exactly Customer Notifications. However, I checked in below location in my project but no luck.

Inside the Project > administration > notification > actions & edit notifications
