In our service desk portal we have an option to raise two different issues types.
1. Bug type
2. Feature request type
When ever user is submitting Feature request type, we are clicking on start button then the ticket status is chaining from Un-triaged(New) to referred and user is receiving an automated email saying "The request has been resolved." We want to modify this message to some other meaningful message. Unfortunately we are not able to find this message in project settings. Could you please help me on finding this message location/path and guide lines for editing the message.

Did you check the Customer Notifications under project settings?

We do not have exactly Customer Notifications. However, I checked in below location in my project but no luck.
Inside the Project > administration > notification > actions & edit notifications
