Unable to edit content of Customer Notifications

I try with differents browsers, clean cach, refresh... always same error.
and only for the first type of answer. others are ok.
All other functions work fine, for example I can enable and disable notifications without a problem.
I am on Free Tier so cannot request support.

thanks for reply but its not that.

if put only "hello" in the text, i have the same issue

its not about the text input

{{ticket.title}} isn't a valid smart value on the customer notification on ticket creation

You need to supply ${issue.summary}

Can you try another browser or incognito window.

If this works, then clear your cache and cookies.

i try with firefox, chrome, vivaldi and libreWolf and clean cache, incognito.

Same.

Hi @Olivier 

I can't recreate this error.

So this seems instance related, you would need to contact Atlassian Support on this, as it seems to impact your instance.

You need to be a Jira administrator or higher to create a support ticket and not on a Free instance.

i have the free version, so i cannot contact atlassian support.
