Hi there
I have installed JIRA Core, Service Desk and Software. It have only just started to happen that when I try to search for any new add-on, it will give me the message "No apps matching your search criteria are available for installation in your JIRA instance. You can build your own!"
This worked fine yesterday and there has been no changes to the environment or server that it lives on - within this question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Why-i-can-t-see-any-add-ons-on-Find-new-add-ons-page-in-JIRA/qaq-p/733828
I can get to the market place within the server with no issue. I can also download the add-on from the marketplace and manually install it but I dosnt make sense that it would randomly stop working
Thank you for your replies everyone
It has magically fixed itself, could of been a service reset that did it but I did try that originally when the issue happened
Hm,
I got one more idea: The marketplace pages inside the admin section only display addons which are marked compatible with your Jira server version. While you can download & install addons directly from the marketplace, the installation & search from inside the server is only working for compatible addons.

Hi,
what Jira version are you using? Are any apps/addons displayed, when you open the marketplace page (eg. recommended addons,...)?
