Ticket Notification

Customer was raising the ticket in the service desk project but when he submit the request the notification is sharing to all of their organization members. 

In one project, it has the option to share with- I don't know how to disable that option? In another project it doesn't have that option though they were getting a notifications- We want to know how to stop that?

Hi,

Check your customer notifications settings.  IF the notifications for "Organizations Added" is enabled, then JSD will notify all the members of that organization when an issue is created.  We find it spams too much, so we disabled it.
