The Jira won't accept Emails.

Hi,

I am trialing the Jira Service desk,

I activated the "Email Requests", I configured "public signup", chose the "Request Type".

I read more than a few articles, and still it won't accept the Emails.

In the connectivity log it said that the 

Did it happen to anyone? 

Can you assist?
